Paddle Colours
The Park of Réals and its instructors are affiliated with The French Federation of Canoe-Kayak and they use the Canoe-Kayak teaching method of: “Paddle Colours”
Paddle Colours is a simple progression, all in colour: white, yellow, green, blue, red, black. To progress from White Paddles to Black Paddles, more than five years’ practice is necessary.
Paddle Colours comprises various teaching tools to follow the progression of the paddler taking into account the three environments of practice: Flowing water, still water and the sea.
A passport “Paddle Colours”, which confirms the level of practice achieved at the end of the course will be given to each student.
